Slow smoked and shredded grass fed beef short ribs layered with corn salsa, and grilled corn tortillas. Topped with fresh coriander, diced red onions and apple and tequila guacamole. (2 pieces)

Pulled Chicken Tacos

Slow cooked, tender chicken flavoured with a secret mix of spices, and in grilled corn tortillas. Topped with tomato salsa (on steroids), fresh coriander, diced red onions and Apple & Tequila Guacamole. (2 pieces)

Pulled Pork Tacos

Pork neck cooked for ten hours layered in grilled corn tortillas with spicy pineapple salsa. Topped with blackberry mole, fresh coriander and diced red onions.(2 pieces)

Chorizo Tacos

Pan fried Istra chorizo with grilled corn tortillas. Finished with our spicy tomato salsa, blackberry mole and apple tequila guacamole. (2 pieces)
