A massive 800g hollowed-out ciabatta loaf, brushed with garlic butter and loaded with tender sliced beef ribs, smoky sliced brisket and sautéed Philly onions, all drenched in BBQ sauce. Buried under a blend of molten Swiss, cheddar and our house cheese blend, then finished with crispy bacon bits. Designed for 2-3 people.
