What is in Third Wave’s Rib Heaven?
Oh get ready for this! The Rib Heaven features a stack of slow-smoked ribs. This stack features LAMB and PORK ribs, delicately placed between to pedestals that hold the GIGANTIC beef rib that sits aloft the whole meal. This beef rib is SO BIG that some people get confused by it, comments like “I’ve never seen a beef rib THAT BIG before” can be read in our social media posts about this meal.
The Rib Heaven by Third Wave also features a platter of chips that has been topped with sauce, but also then smoked PULLED beef Brisket. Usually when people think of a pulled meat they think “PULLED PORK,” but NO! Our Genius chefs have smoked a beef brisket to the point it is so soft it can be PULLED! This pulled brisket then is placed on the chips and then smothered with more bbq sauce!
