          11. Gift Card & eGift Card Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to Third Wave BBQ Gift Cards and eGift Cards purchased in Australia and redeemable at participating Third Wave BBQ venues in Australia.

• Activation: eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to become active.
• Security: Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded except where required by law.
• Expiry: Minimum three-year expiry as required by Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is displayed on the Gift Card or in the eGift Card email.
• Redemption: Redeemable at Third Wave BBQ locations in Australia only. Cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• No fees: No post-purchase fees (activation, account keeping, balance enquiry, or inactivity).
• Purchase limits: Up to AUD $100,000 or 100 Gift Cards per transaction. Gift Cards must not be resold or bartered for cash.
• Delivery: A postage or delivery fee may apply for physical Gift Cards.
• Payment: Processed via secure third-party processors (Stripe/eWAY). We do not store full payment card details.
• ID verification: Proof of identity may be requested at redemption to prevent fraud.
• Changes: These terms may be updated, but changes will not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
